I do not use premixes or artificial fillings, so you will taste the real vanilla, chocolate, or fruit compote in every bite. Most clients are surprised by how light the whipped cream feels compared to heavy fondant cakes—it is made to be enjoyed, not just looked at. ### Why My Clients Keep Coming Back I believe that a cake should taste as good as it looks. My focus has always been on flavour, texture, and using only real ingredients. When you read the feedback here, you will notice a common theme: people love that my cakes aren't overly sweet and that the whipped cream is light and fresh. Whether it is a Mocha Orange cake for an office celebration or a whimsical themed cake for a toddler’s birthday, I treat every order as if it were for my own family. ### What You Can Expect * **Made from Scratch:** I don't use readymade mixes. My sponges are baked fresh, and my fillings (like sauces and compotes) are prepared in my kitchen. * **No Fondant Overload:** I use fondant only for small, necessary details. The base is always light, airy whipped cream. * **Strictly Egg-Free:** My kitchen is 100% vegetarian. ### Commonly Asked Questions **How far in advance should I book?** Because I limit my daily orders to ensure quality, my calendar fills up fast. If you have a date in mind, message me as early as possible so I can confirm my availability. **Do you deliver across Mumbai?** I am based in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, and I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. **Can I request a custom theme?** Absolutely. I love working with you to bring your ideas to life. Whether it is a favourite character, a funny slogan, or a classic floral design, let’s chat about how we can make it happen while keeping the cake delicious. ## About Asti's Bon Appétit Hi, I’m Asti.
