Instead, I focus on building tall, structured designs using only high-quality non-dairy whipped cream. Whether it is a travel-themed birthday or a simple floral anniversary piece, you get a cake that tastes just as light and fresh as it looks. ### My Baking Philosophy Simplicity is the heart of everything I bake. I avoid premixes, canned fruits, and artificial flavours completely.
