When you come in for your session, our range officer will first guide you through a 15-minute safety and posture briefing. This makes a huge difference—it helps you relax so you aren't just firing pellets, but actually learning to hit the center of the target. Shooting is often misunderstood as just a sport of speed or force, but at our indoor facility in Doddanekundi, we emphasize the mental discipline behind every shot. It acts like a form of meditation; when you are at the 10-meter line, the rest of the Bengaluru noise fades away. We focus on two main aspects for our visitors. For the casual shooter, we strip away the intimidation. You don't need prior experience or expensive gear. We provide standard training air rifles and pistols, and our sessions are geared toward stress relief and fun. We teach you the 'pew pew' fundamentals in a controlled, safe environment, ensuring you feel comfortable handling the equipment from the moment you step onto the lane. For those looking to take it further, our coaching program covers the technical side of the sport. This includes SCATT analysis, professional stance correction, and decimal scoring methods. We track your progress with the same rigor we use for our state and national level athletes. Whether you are prepping for a competition or just want to see how sharp your focus is, our range is equipped to handle your ambitions. We maintain our facility to competition standards, meaning even during a fun weekend session, you are shooting on the same high-quality lanes our pro athletes use. The takeaway isn't just a fun memory—it's a physical souvenir, as you get to take your target sheets home with you. ## About Asthra Shooting Academy We're the team at Asthra Shooting Academy, and we honestly believe shooting is the best kind of meditation.
