We run a 'Squad Mini Tournament' where an instructor tracks scores for every team member, turning your visit into a structured, competitive experience rather than just a quick session at the range. At Asthra, we have hosted teams from companies like EY who needed a break from the spreadsheet life. Whether your team is full of complete beginners or you have a few secret sharpshooters among your ranks, our instructors handle everything—from the mandatory safety briefings to teaching proper stance and trigger control. We use 0.177 calibre airguns, which means there are no loud bangs or recoil. It is entirely about mental discipline, calm, and precision. We have two locations in Bengaluru—Doddanekundi and JP Nagar—both fully air-conditioned and designed to comfortably host corporate groups. Our group sessions are designed to be low-stress but high-engagement. During the Squad Mini Tournament format, we guide you through practice shots followed by scored rounds. It is not just about who hits the bullseye; it is about learning to focus under pressure, a skill that translates back to the office surprisingly well. Plus, you get to walk away with your target sheets as proof of who actually won the bragging rights for the day. ## About Asthra Shooting Academy We are Asthra Shooting Academy, and we believe the best team-building happens when you put down the mouse and pick up an air rifle. We have built a space in Bengaluru where you can trade office politics for a bit of friendly competition and pure focus.
