I’m constantly looking for those micro-moments—the shift in mood when a crowd starts to tire or the sudden surge of excitement—to decide exactly when to drop the next remix or switch genres. Whether it’s a tight set at The Fixx or a sprawling wedding reception, my process is always focused on keeping the floor locked in. When I'm behind the decks, I’m not just a selector; I’m an entertainer. My 'anti-hero' approach means I don't follow the status quo of playing a predictable, static set. I prefer live mashups, switching between high-energy Punjabi anthems, commercial English tracks, and desi techno beats to ensure the energy never dips. I use industry-standard Pioneer gear because I need total control to execute live mashups on the fly. You'll catch me regularly at venues like The Fixx, Toca, and Social in Bengaluru, where I refine my set lists for different crowds. Here is my approach to your event: * **Crowd Engagement:** I’m active on the mic. You’ll hear me hyping up the dance floor, not just standing behind the console. * **Technical Versatility:** From compact setups for intimate parties to full line-array stacks for large weddings, I tailor the production to the venue size. * **Musical Range:** I love blending old-school 90s throwbacks with modern Bolly-tech. If you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or a wild private rager, let’s talk about how to tailor the sound. I’m based in Bengaluru but travel for destination gigs, bringing the same level of intensity regardless of the location. ## About Ashwin Bhatia I’m Ashwin. I’m the guy you want behind the decks if you’re tired of boring, predictable playlists. I’m here to bring the energy, own the mic, and make sure your dance floor stays packed from the first track to the last.
