We share fruits like apples and oranges, sing, and celebrate birthdays with drums and dancing. This routine helps my students, who I call namma makkalu (our children), reset their minds after the intensity of a heavy workout. It turns our karate classes into a supportive space where everyone feels like they belong, not just another gym or coaching center. We believe karate is a way of life, not just a series of kicks and punches. While our training in RR Nagar is rigorous, involving kihon, kata, and endurance conditioning, the strength of our academy lies in the bond we build outside the dojo. Whether it is a birthday celebration, a student's tournament win, or a simple post-session snack, these moments are what keep us grounded. I have seen students arrive shy and leave confident because they have a team supporting them. We train together, we face challenges together, and we dance to the beat of the drum when we achieve our goals. Our classes are open to everyone, from children to adults.
