For mature skin, I prioritize deep hydration with cream-based products that lift and smooth, ensuring nothing settles into fine lines. If we are working on acne-prone or textured skin, my focus shifts to color correction and specialized bases that blur imperfections while keeping the skin looking like skin. We discuss your specific skin concerns during our consultation before I even pick up a brush. ### My Approach to Skin Texture Many clients come to me worried about how their skin will look under harsh studio lighting or 4K cameras. You don't need a filter when the base is done correctly. **For Mature Skin** My goal is to create a lifted, youthful appearance. I avoid thick powders that can look dry or heavy. Instead, I use an extensive prep routine, often with Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, to ensure the skin is plump and hydrated. This allows the foundation to glide on and sit naturally, giving you a fresh, radiant finish that lasts through the function. **For Acne-Prone & Textured Skin** Texture is normal, and it shouldn't stop you from feeling confident. I use long-wear, HD-grade products specifically designed to provide coverage without the weight. We focus on color-correcting techniques to neutralize redness or pigmentation first.
