Whether it is capturing the gradient in a heavy glass stopper or managing reflections on gold-plated caps, I spend hours on studio lighting to ensure the product looks as seductive as the scent it holds. If your brand needs visual storytelling that makes an impact, we should discuss the mood board. ### Beyond the Bottle When I approach a fragrance or cosmetic shoot, I do not just look at the product. I look for the story. Is it a dark, moody masculine scent? Or is it something light, floral, and airy? My job is to translate that feeling into a single image. I utilize a range of techniques to bring this to life: * **Lighting as a Narrative:** I rely on deep shadows and bold gradients to define the shape of the bottle. If you look at my work with YSL or Givenchy, you will see how I use light to create an atmosphere rather than just illuminating the object. * **Macro Precision:** Whether it is the texture of a lipstick case or the intricacies of a perfume cap, I shoot on a 100MP Hasselblad to ensure every detail is crisp. * **Creative Compositing:** Sometimes the bottle needs a stage. I experiment with textures like rock, velvet, water, and florals to ground the fragrance in a real world environment. ### My Process Every project starts with a conversation. We define the brand language, sketch out concepts, and then hit the studio. Whether you need a hero shot for a billboard or a series of lifestyle images for social media, I ensure the final output feels premium. I work with a dedicated team of stylists and production assistants to handle everything from prop sourcing to set design. Since everything happens at my studio in Pune, I prefer to work tethered, meaning you see the magic happen on the monitor in real time.
