## About Yoga Teacher Training (TTC)

### Why I Teach Yoga

For me, yoga is much more than flexibility or fancy poses. It’s about the journey - what you discover about yourself along the way. My teacher training course is intense, not just physically but mentally and spiritually too.

### What I Offer

- Yoga Alliance certified TTC that’s open to everyone - whether you’re new or already deep in your yoga practice.
- Multi-style yoga teacher training, with a strong focus on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
- Mix of theory and hands-on practice. You’ll get real explanation behind every move, plus lots of time on the mat.
- My team and I pay attention to each person’s alignment and form. We use props like blocks, straps, wheels, chairs, and bamboo to help you go deeper, safely.

### What You’ll Learn

- Asanas: Start with basics, build up to advanced ones, including inversions and arm balances.
- Pranayama: Powerful breathing techniques to control your energy.
- Meditation: Sometimes we even do it blindfolded for stronger focus.
- Partner, acro yoga and sound healing with Tibetan bowls.
- Dig into yoga philosophy and anatomy - not just the moves, but the meaning.

### Who Should Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or already teaching - if you want to grow, you’ll fit in. I run both weekday and weekend yoga teacher training batches so you can fit yoga into your life.

When we push our limits and get through, we say, “Jai ho!” (Victory!). That’s the energy I bring to every class.

## Meet your expert

[Ashish Yoga Fitness](https://mytribe.in/ashish_yoga_fitness)

### My story

Namaste! I’m Ashish. Yoga changed my life, not just my body but my mind too. I started this school because I wanted everyone—kids, adults, anyone—to feel that same strength and peace. We’re not just a class, we’re a family. We laugh, we sweat, we even dance Zumba together. My heart is happiest when I see my students become teachers and spread this joy further. That’s what keeps me going.

### My work

- **Yoga & Zumba Classes For All**: Group sessions offline or online, aerial yoga classes, multi-style, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Zumba—something for everyone.
- **Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training**: 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher training. Small batches, lots of personal attention.
- **Therapeutic Yoga Personal Training**: One-on-one training for healing, using props like blocks, wheels, and chairs. All levels welcome.
- **Kids Yoga Classes**: Fun yoga for ages 4-10. Helps kids build focus and flexibility. First class free!
