Clients often mention that our staff goes beyond just serving plates; we ensure the atmosphere remains as comfortable as the food is delicious. These reviews reflect the trust we have built over decades by balancing authentic traditional recipes with professional execution. ### Why Clients Choose Us Since 1995, we have focused on making sure every plate tells a story. Whether it is a traditional South Indian *ele oota* (banana leaf meal) or a global buffet at our Sahakar Nagar banquet hall, our goal is simple: to make sure your guests leave happy. We do not believe in mass-producing food; we believe in preparing it with the same care you would expect at home. ### What Our Guests Often Mention * **Authenticity:** We frequently hear from guests who appreciate the genuine flavors of our Konkani and South Indian dishes. We stay true to traditional recipes while offering the variety that modern guests expect. * **Staff Interaction:** Service is just as important as the menu. We train our team to be attentive and proactive, ensuring that whether you are at our Nandi Hills property or a city venue, your guests feel taken care of. * **Reliability:** From handling large-scale celebrity weddings to small birthday functions, our clients trust us to manage the logistics of food and setup so they can focus on their celebration. ### Our Commitment to Quality We don't just provide catering; we manage the culinary experience. By operating our own venues—Ashirwad Banquets in Sahakar Nagar and Anantham in Nandi Hills—we control the quality from the kitchen to the table. If you are curious about our food, we host regular tasting sessions, as we believe you should always try what you are serving before the big day. ## About Ashirwad Caterers We have been part of thousands of celebrations in Bengaluru since 1995, treating every plate as a personal promise. From our own banquet halls to your chosen venue, we bring the same attention to detail and authentic flavours to every event.
