Whether it is a wedding of 500 or an intimate corporate lunch, our staff stays focused on the details that matter—like serving hot, fresh items from the live counters even during peak service hours. That, combined with the fact that we listen to your specific palate requests, is why our clients keep coming back. ### Why Clients Choose Us For nearly three decades, we have operated on a simple belief: food is the heartbeat of every celebration. When a bride tells us the meal made her day special, or a host praises our service staff, we know we have done our job right. We do not just cook; we manage the entire culinary flow of your event. ### Our Commitment to Consistency We understand that in catering, the setup is as important as the taste. This is why we pay special attention to: * **Active Staff Presence:** Our team is trained to be attentive without being intrusive. We prioritize guest comfort, from table service during traditional sit-down meals to managing queues at live counters. * **Temperature Management:** Whether it is a hot phulka or a chilled dessert, we ensure the serving temperature is correct for every dish on the menu. * **Menu Flexibility:** We specialize in both traditional Karnataka feasts like 'Ele Oota' and global buffets. We work with you to balance your preferences with what your guests will genuinely enjoy. ### Our Reach in Bengaluru We cater to a wide range of venues, from our own spaces like Ashirwad Banquets in Sahakar Nagar and our Nandi Hills property to private residences and hotels across the city. Being part of your big day is a responsibility we take seriously, ensuring that the food is one less thing you have to worry about. ## About Ashirwad Caterers We believe food is the heartbeat of every celebration. For nearly three decades, we have focused on one thing: making sure your guests leave with full stomachs and big smiles.
