## About Creating Safe & Respectful Workplaces

When I conduct POSH training, I move past the legal handbook. We look at real-world scenarios that often create gray areas, helping teams identify boundaries early so they never have to be crossed.

Real workplace safety goes beyond mandatory compliance. It is about ensuring every team member knows where the lines are drawn and feels comfortable speaking up before a situation escalates.

In my sessions, we strip away the dense legal jargon and focus on the human side of respect. I bring years of experience across the aviation, BPO, and education sectors to tailor these discussions to your specific office culture. Whether it is addressing microaggressions, understanding the nuances of professional body language, or clarifying what constitutes appropriate conduct in remote and hybrid teams, we make it practical.
