## About Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC)

### What This Journey Feels Like

I see this Yoga Teacher Training Course as more than just a certificate. It’s a real journey. You’ll find yourself growing, not just learning. *Iska ulta rehta hai* (it’s the opposite here) - in yoga, your breath leads and movement follows. That’s how you get that deep, steady calm.

### Who Finds This Useful

- If you want Yoga Alliance RYT certification to start teaching, this is for you.
- If you’re already practicing and want to dig deeper into yoga philosophy and anatomy, you’ll get that here.
- Beginners are welcome. I’ve seen people start with zero and become confident teachers.

### How I Teach

I mix Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga training. That means you get dynamic flows plus strong focus on alignment and safety. I’m big on:
- Correct posture and alignment (no shortcuts, but it’s worth it)
- Hands-on yoga adjustments so you can guide others safely
- Using props like blocks, belts, and ropes - not as a crutch, but as tools to unlock new poses

### What You’ll Learn

- Asana practice from basics to advanced (think Virasana to Bakasana)
- Sequencing and designing classes for all levels
- Yoga philosophy, human anatomy, pranayama, and meditation

### After the Course

- You get a yoga teaching internship for 6 months with us
- 1-year subscription to our regular yoga batches
- Career guidance and possible work opportunities
- All study materials included

I’ll guide you, but you’ll do the real work. If you’re ready, let’s start.

## Meet your expert

[Asan Yoga](https://mytribe.in/asanyogaindia)

### My story

So, when we kicked off Asan Yoga in 2019, honestly, I wasn't your typical yoga buff. Weightlifting, running - that was my jam. But yoga got me hooked; it’s got everything, man! Flexibility, cardio, and this crazy body awareness. Our tribe’s spread from Mumbai to Pune, Thane - feels like magic. Folks come in, and they stick around. Deepika ma’am always says, yoga is not just asanas, it’s how you live. Progress, not perfection. We meet you where you are.

### My work

- **All types of yoga classes**: Group sessions, Yoga Teacher Training, online classes, retreats, and even corporate workshops. We cover Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, plus Aerial Yoga Mumbai and Cardio-Yoga fusion classes.
- **Step-by-step guidance for all levels**: Beginner or pro, we break things down. Props like blocks and ropes make Iyengar Yoga with props doable for everyone.
- **Yoga for pain and anxiety relief**: Got knee pain or stress? We use yoga for anxiety relief and targeted exercises to help your body and mind.
- **Breathwork and posture correction**: It’s not just poses. Learn pranayama and meditation, plus how to fix your posture for real balance.
