It validates that our approach—whether for a busy office team or a student in our teacher training—is structured, reliable, and effective. When we kicked off Asan Yoga in 2019, the goal was simple: to make yoga accessible and meaningful for everyone. It was never just about holding a pose. It was about creating a system where breath comes first, guiding the movement, and calming the mind. Over the years, this methodology has helped us scale from personal practice to working with teams at Sony, Tata AIG, and beyond. Whether we are leading a corporate wellness workshop or training the next generation of instructors, we apply the same rigor and care. Being recognized for our strategy and branding reminds us that our community values this clarity. We treat wellness as a disciplined craft, not a trend. This structure is what allows us to modify Hatha, Iyengar, or Cardio-Yoga fusion classes for any level, ensuring that you feel supported rather than pressured. We are here to help you build a practice that fits your life, not the other way around. ## About Asan Yoga We started Asan Yoga in 2019 to help people find balance amidst the chaos of daily life. We meet you where you are, using a mix of traditional techniques and modern wellness to ensure you feel better, every day.
