Whether in our Delhi and Gurugram studios or our residential immersion in Rishikesh, you will focus on mastering hands-on adjustments, alignment, and the art of teaching, not just performing postures. Our 300-hour advanced certification is rooted in a comprehensive curriculum covering Power Yoga for strength, Hatha for tradition, and Ashtanga Vinyasa for flow. **The Path of Learning** We do not believe in theory alone. You will study anatomy, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and teaching methodology, but you will spend most of your time on the mat. You will learn how to guide students safely, using props and adjustments to fix alignment, and how to sequence classes that serve the body and the mind. **The Rishikesh Immersion** As part of this certification, we take the practice to the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh. This mandatory 5-day residential module is where the real transformation happens. We move away from city noise, practice pranayama in nature, and live the ashram life. It is here that you learn to disconnect from distractions and tune inward, finding the meditative state necessary to become an effective teacher. **Our Kula** When you join this training, you join our 'kula' (community). We practice together, participate in 'hawan' fire ceremonies, and support each other's growth. This is a space where no one is left behind, whether you are a beginner or someone looking to deepen their own practice.
