## About Yoga Classes & Personal Training

### Why I Teach Yoga

I started teaching yoga after seeing how much stress and illness was around me in my village. My inner voice kept telling me - do seva (service) and help others find peace. I’m here to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected through yoga.

### What You’ll Get

Yoga with me isn’t just asana (postures) - it’s a full journey for your mind and body. I teach breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and movement, so you get the whole experience.

- Power yoga for beginners and advanced folks - builds stamina and confidence, good for energy
- Aerial yoga classes for kids and adults - fun, safe, and helps stretch deeper using hammocks. Hawa mein latak ke mazaa hi alag hai (hanging in the air feels awesome)
- Acro yoga partner workouts - you work with someone, builds trust and makes you strong
- Wheel yoga - yoga wheel helps open up your back and improve flexibility
- Personalised yoga training - I help you one-on-one if you want special attention or advanced poses

### My Teaching Style

I give lots of personal guidance and hands-on help. Props like blocks, wheels, straps - sab dost hain (these are all friends), not just for beginners. Every class has breathwork and meditation, so you leave calmer than you came.

### Safety First

I keep a close eye on everyone’s form. If a posture isn’t good for your body, I’ll tell you. You can always go at your own pace - koi sharam nahi (no shame).

### My story

- **Saans pe dhyaan**: Box breathing technique aur simple shwaas ki vidhiyaan sikhate hain, stress turant kam hota hai.
- **Asli yog ka safar**: Asanas hi nahi, 8 limbs of yoga ko jeene ki koshish. Strength aur flexibility, dono pe kaam karte hain.
