We structure our advanced training to ensure you master not only the asanas but also the philosophy that makes yoga effective for your daily mental and physical health. Whether you seek certification or personal growth, our curriculum helps you integrate the paths of Karma, Raj, Bhakti, and Gyan Yoga into your routine. Our approach is rooted in the wisdom of Sanatan Dharma, adapted for the realities of modern life. We emphasize a balanced ratio: 60% Karma Yoga (your duty and work), 30% Raj Yoga (mental control), and the remaining 10% divided between Bhakti and Gyan Yoga. This structure ensures that your practice extends far beyond the studio. ### Why Practice With Us? We believe yoga is both a preventative and curative science. Our 300-hour Advanced Hybrid Certification is our flagship offering, combining technical alignment using Iyengar wall ropes in our Gurgaon studios with a 5-day residential immersion in Rishikesh. We cover everything from traditional Shatkarmas for internal purification to deep philosophical studies of the Yoga Sutras and the eight limbs of yoga. ### Recognition We are honored to have been recognized for our commitment to this discipline, receiving the Global Business Award for 'Best Yoga Center' in 2022. While accolades are meaningful, our true success lies in the transformation of our students—our 'Kula'—who have experienced 'andar ka badlav' (inner change) through our guidance. If you are looking to become a certified teacher or simply want to deepen your practice, we are here to support your path. ## About Arya Yoga We founded Arya Power Yoga to make yoga a tool for inner transformation, moving beyond just physical exercise. We bring our extensive experience from years of study in Rishikesh and Mysore directly to our Gurgaon academy to help you find your own 'swasth tan aur mann' (healthy body and mind).
