While our Gurgaon studios are fully equipped for daily Iyengar rope work and Hatha alignment, we step out to locations like Rishikesh and Nepal to apply that discipline in stillness. This dual approach ensures your yoga practice remains constant, whether you are navigating a busy city schedule or breathing by the Ganges. ### Building Your Foundation in Gurgaon Our Gurgaon studios are designed as sanctuaries for your daily practice. We prioritize technical precision, which is why you will find dedicated setups for Iyengar Wall Ropes and specialized props in our facilities across DLF Phase 4 and Sector 57. We focus on structural alignment and injury management, ensuring your Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa practice is safe and sustainable. It is not just about the pose; it is about learning the mechanics of your body so you can teach others with confidence. ### The Journey Beyond the Mat We believe that true growth requires leaving your comfort zone. This is why we take our training to Rishikesh and Nepal. These retreats are not vacations. They are immersive experiences where we start the day with a Havan ceremony, perform Shatkarma cleansing techniques, and meditate by the river. We maintain a strong 'Kula' or community spirit, sharing meals and experiences that help you integrate the philosophy of Karma, Bhakti, and Gyan Yog into your real life. ### Why Choose Our 300-Hour Training? If you are looking for a certification, you can find many options. If you are looking for an *andar ka badlav* (inner change), that is where we focus. We combine ~6 weeks of intense studio training with a 5-day residential immersion. You will learn everything from anatomy and sequencing to voice modulation and adjustment techniques. Whether you are a beginner or a teacher, we provide the environment where your practice transforms into a lifestyle. ## About Arya Yoga I founded this academy with a simple goal: swasth tan aur mann (healthy body and mind). We don't just teach poses; we teach you how to apply yoga off the mat and into your life. Join us, and let's do the work together.
