We do not just bring standard setups; if your venue is tight, we scale the floral rings and drapes to make your photos look full and professional without making the room feel cramped. Every engagement and reception is a major event, and we approach each one as a distinct design project. For grand reception halls, we use box truss systems, moving head lights, and heavy sequin walls to create a dramatic, high-energy atmosphere. If you prefer a more intimate vibe for your ring ceremony, we lean into soft fairy lights, floral arches, and sheer fabric drapes that create a warm, romantic setting for your photos. Our team manages the entire installation at your venue. You will not see us fumbling with wires or missing props because we carry our own lighting equipment, including LED PAR cans and sharpies for that perfect spotlight effect. We also manage the entrance experience, setting up red carpets, floral tunnels, or neon-lit walkways to ensure your guests are greeted with a festive feel from the moment they arrive. If you are unsure about the style, we can help you choose. We have delivered everything from traditional marigold themes for engagement ceremonies to modern, neon-lit stages for evening parties. We offer options for both fresh and artificial flowers, so we can work around your budget and the event duration without sacrificing the final look. ## About Arya Events We are Arya Events Planner, based right here in Navi Mumbai.
