Our signature loose-drop ceiling balloons and entrance arches are designed to guide the customer's eye directly to your display, creating a festive atmosphere that remains clean and professional. When launching a new showroom or promoting a product, the decor serves a functional purpose, not just a visual one. We have worked with major brands like NEXA to transform retail spaces across Navi Mumbai, including Kharghar, Vashi, Nerul, and Panvel. Our team understands that a showroom activation needs to be high-impact but clutter-free. We use air-filled latex balloons that hold their shape for the duration of your launch event, ensuring your brand colors are consistent throughout the floor. For movie promotions or interactive events, we build custom photo booths and props, like our vintage car setup for 'The Archies' promo, to drive footfall and social media engagement. Whether you need a simple entrance arch for a grand opening or a full-scale kiosk setup with custom lighting for a mall activation, we handle the fabrication and installation. We work within your showroom hours to ensure a quick, fuss-free setup that does not interrupt your daily operations. ## About Arya Events We are the team at Arya Events Planner, and we treat every brand activation like it is our own big day.
