Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or someone wanting to try aerial silks to decompress your spine, we keep things real and supportive. It is not about perfect poses; it is about showing up consistently for yourself. ### Our Space in Gujrawala Town I created this studio as a sanctuary. You will find everything here: mats, aerial silks, wall ropes, and props like blocks and wheels. It is a climate-controlled basement space in Gujrawala Town with shock-absorbing flooring, designed for safety and focus. ### Why Practice Here Yoga is not just about the fancy poses you see on Instagram. It is about the discipline, the sweat, and the real-world strength you build. Shareer hi asli sampatti hai—your body is your real wealth. I guide you through the process, providing hands-on adjustments to keep you safe and help you find your alignment. ### What We Offer - **Beginner Basics:** We start with breath, alignment, and gentle stretches. - **Aerial Yoga:** Yes, you actually fly! Use our professional nylon hammocks for spinal decompression and core strength. - **Iyengar-Inspired Props:** We use wall ropes, chairs, and belts to manage pain or deepen your stretches. - **Power Flow:** For those who want to build serious strength, we push the limits with inversions and deep backbends. Whether you are dealing with knee pain, stress, or just want to get fit, we will find a flow that works for your body. ## About Arya Yoga Studio I am the person behind the mats, and I believe yoga is therapy for the mind as much as the body. I am here to guide you through the falls and the highs, making sure you feel safe and supported every single session. Let us find your flow together.
