Instead, we focus on helping your child build confidence through consistent practice—whether they’re sketching a lion or illustrating their favorite storybook character. It’s about teaching the fundamentals of color, line work, and composition in a way that feels like play, not a rigid school lesson. ### Why Drawing Matters Drawing is the foundation, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. At Art With Anuradha, we blend technical skills with pure imagination. For a 6-year-old, sketching a lion is about patience and focus, not just getting the lines right. We encourage kids to pick up pencils, crayons, and pastels to explore how color impacts mood and character. ### What We Explore - **Story Art:** Kids often bring books like 'Ella Diaries' or 'Isadora Moon' to class. We take those characters and reimagine them through their own eyes, fostering both narrative and artistic skills. - **Line Art & Texture:** We dive into detailed line work, teaching kids how to add depth to their drawings. It's the perfect bridge between messy sensory play and more structured artistic processes. - **The 'Process First' Philosophy:** You won't find us correcting a child's art to make it look 'better' for social media. If they draw a blue sun or a neon elephant, that’s their creative voice. We guide them on composition, color theory, and technique, but the final masterpiece is 100% theirs. ### Where You Can Find Us We run these sessions across South Delhi, including Sarvapriya Vihar and Friends Colony East, plus locations across the NCR. Whether you are looking for monthly skill-building classes or a one-off weekend workshop, our small batch sizes ensure your child gets the guidance they need to truly express themselves. ## About Art with Anuradha I’m Anuradha, and I believe art should be a bit messy and a lot of heart. I’m a NIFTian who loves helping kids ditch the screen for a sketchbook. My goal is to see them beam with pride over what they've created, whether it's a simple line drawing or a complex story-based scene.
