### Why I Make Art

Art is my escape. When life gets noisy, I find peace in painting. It’s my *ishq hai* (my love). I’m a certified Fevicryl Art Professional, but honestly, I’m just someone who loves DIY and Indian traditions. My work is a mix of meditation, spirituality, and a splash of colour.

### What I Create

I mostly work with mandala wall art, spiritual themes, and Indian folk painting like Madhubani and Warli. You’ll see a lot of dot art, zentangle patterns, and motifs like chakras, galaxies, and the Evil Eye (*nazar*). I also paint animals, florals, and sometimes African-inspired designs. My style is detailed and colourful.

### Art for Your Space

I make hand-painted pieces for your walls - canvases, plates, wood slices. For your home, I do upcycled home decor like painted jars, bottles, and fridge magnets (think Minions, bees, Lord Jagannath). If you want something to carry, I create hand-painted tote bags and bookmarks.

### My Upcycling Funda

I believe *sab kuch* (everything) can be art. Old bottles, *matkas* (pots), *kulhads* (clay cups) - I turn them into vases, diyas, or just something pretty for Diwali.

### My story

Hey, I'm Shalini. Art is my escape - when life gets noisy, I grab my brush, and everything just slows down. I'm all about making 'easy peasy cute' stuff out of things people usually throw away - old jars, bottle caps, you name it. Festivals like Diwali or Holi? I love mixing those colours and stories into my work. And yeah, my cats are always there, sometimes walking right over my paintings!

- **Sip & Paint Parties**: You chill, paint, and laugh with friends. Perfect for birthdays, team events, or just because.
- **Festival & Event Art**: I bring festive vibes with Gopi dot face painting and Madhubani art for Holi, Diwali, and more.
- **DIY & Upcycled Art**: Old diyas, bottle caps - I turn them into upcycled wall hangings and decor. Best out of waste, always.
- **Art for Peace**: Mandala art and creative sessions that help you relax and find a little calm.
