When you hire me for your event, your guests do not just watch an artist at work, they sit for a chat while I illustrate them, creating a tangible, aesthetic memento that keeps your brand story in their hands long after they leave. Whether you are planning a store launch, a corporate mixer, or a brand activation, my live illustration station adds a unique layer of engagement that draws a crowd. I offer two distinct styles to match your event vibe. ### Hand-Painted Keepsakes If you want that warm, artsy feel, I use high-quality 300 GSM watercolor paper and fine-tip markers. I draw quick, comic-inspired sketches of your guests, which I hand over in individual protective sleeves. It feels very personal and artisanal, perfect for intimate brand events where you want guests to feel special. ### Digital Illustrations For tech-forward events or branding requirements, I switch to my iPad Pro. I create digital portraits that are printed instantly on 4x6 glossy paper. The best part here is the branding integration. I can add your logo, event date, or a custom border to the print. Plus, guests get the digital file via AirDrop or QR code immediately, which helps with organic social media sharing for your brand. ### What I Need from You To keep the magic flowing, I just need a designated spot with decent lighting and a power outlet if we are doing digital prints. I work fast, usually capturing 8 to 12 portraits an hour, but if your event is huge, let me know so we can plan the flow or queue management together. I love working with specific themes like I did for the TUMI launch, so feel free to share your brand mood board when we chat. ## About Vaishnavi Patel I am Vaishnavi, and I turn everyday moments into cute, comic-inspired art.
