In our kids' classes, we spend as much time on footwork drills and shadow boxing as we do on the heavy bag. This builds the coordination and focus they need before they ever put gloves on to spar. We keep batches structured, meaning your child gets real attention from national-level coaches who know how to teach a kid the difference between controlled aggression and pure discipline. Martial arts is a commitment to oneself, and that is a lesson we teach from the very first session. At Art of Defense, our kids' program isn't about gym muscles or hollow achievements. We focus on 'The Art of Eight Limbs'—Muay Thai—and solid boxing foundations. Children learn the value of a consistent routine. When they walk onto the mat in our Saket facility, the outside world fades. They learn to listen, follow instructions, and respect their training partners. Whether it is improving their hand-eye coordination with focus mitts or conditioning with bodyweight circuits, every move is designed to make them stronger physically and mentally.
