The entire facility is climate-controlled, ensuring you can push through intense conditioning circuits in the Delhi heat without compromising on your output. ### A Space Built for Fighters We designed our Saket studio to be a no-nonsense environment. It is not about fancy mirrors or locker rooms, it is about the equipment you actually need to level up. **The Training Floor** We prioritize safety during grappling and sparring. Our mat area is wide open, allowing for multiple groups to train without bumping into each other. We use impact-absorbing mats that support everything from basic break-falls to high-intensity wrestling drills. **Gear and Conditioning** You will find a full range of USI heavy bags for boxing and kickboxing work. For your strength and conditioning sessions, we have dedicated zones equipped with kettlebells, pull-up bars, and tires. This setup lets you transition straight from technical striking drills to explosive power work in the same session. **The Vibe** Walk in and you will see the murals of fighters on our walls, which serve as a reminder of the discipline required to succeed. The space is maintained to be clean and focused, reflecting our belief that consistency on the mat leads to real results. We train six days a week, Monday through Saturday, creating a consistent rhythm for every student. ## About Art of Defense We are Art of Defense, a family of fighters here in Saket. This studio is our home, where we teach MMA, Boxing, and Muay Thai to anyone with the will to train. If you are ready to put in the work, you belong here.
