I paint to capture the real emotions and stories behind your photos, whether it's a cherished memory or a new beginning. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This portrait holds a special place in my heart. A client wanted to see his grandfather with his beloved dog who had passed away, but they had no photos together. I carefully merged two separate images to create this oil painting, a lasting tribute to their unforgettable bond.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b286e493-6c96-473b-b810-e877d37dda52) - [Video: A client from Canada had a low-resolution, horizontal photo of his parents and wanted a large vertical oil painting. This is a common challenge, but I love finding a way. Here you can see how I transformed the small picture into a detailed, large-scale handmade portrait.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/32ebdf97-82bc-43e8-b4ff-bbb151ccd8e9) - ![If you love the dreamy, magical look of anime, I can turn your photo into a Ghibli-style portrait. These are perfect for a unique social media avatar or a special gift. For this style, I can often deliver the final digital artwork on the same day.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/23b0222c-0c31-4a10-894b-eea7bf890204) - [Video: For me, the best part of being an artist is seeing a client's reaction. This was a last-minute request for a custom doodle art piece for a friend's birthday. Capturing that moment of surprise and happiness is what makes it all worthwhile.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/835670fb-2340-4c1b-b88a-d6fa755afc80) - [Video: A client asked if I could create a family portrait of his grandparents and two grandsons who had never been photographed together. It was a challenge to compose the scene from four separate images, but the final A2-sized charcoal sketch brought them all together in one frame.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/6484b333-bdc9-4d53-9b9a-f88895d5d491) - [Video: For 15 years, I tried to make perfect art. But art isn't about perfection, it's about truth. It's about putting the storm inside you onto the canvas. Now, I don't draw what's perfect. I draw what's real. I draw my 'sach'.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/e62c4efc-c2b6-4df2-87c6-9c8f195b6bc0) - [Video: Some artists have one signature style. I adapt my style to fit what my client needs. Whether you want a classic oil painting, a vibrant watercolor piece, a detailed pen sketch, or a modern digital portrait, I can create it for you.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b699c9f3-1429-4e92-957d-4b4b46b5efdb) ## About Featured Many clients bring me old, blurry photos or a wish to merge family members who were never in the same room. I don't rely on auto-filters to fix these. I manually redraw the missing details—hair, clothing, expressions—to ensure the final piece feels cohesive and real, not artificial. It is a slow process, but it is the only way to get a result that feels like a true memory. I spent 15 years chasing perfection before I realized art is about the 'sach'—the truth. When you commission a piece, you aren't just paying for a portrait; you are paying for the hours I spend on the iPad or canvas to translate a feeling into a drawing. ### My Approach to Your Vision I work directly on the iPad using Procreate for digital pieces, or traditional mediums for physical ones. If you have a damaged photo, I apply light and shadow corrections manually. If you have a portrait in a horizontal format but need a vertical canvas, I don't just crop the image. I extend the background and reconstruct the composition to make it look like it was meant to be that way. ### Mediums and Styles * **Digital Oil Paintings:** I use specialized brush textures to mimic traditional oil paint on canvas, suitable for large prints. * **Charcoal & Sketches:** These are best for capturing raw emotion and are great for family gifts. * **Ghibli & Anime Style:** If you want something dreamy and fun, I can do these in a very short turnaround time. Whether it’s a whimsical anime style or a somber charcoal sketch, I adapt my technique to your vibe. We can discuss the medium that fits your budget and intent. I'm always open to a challenge, so if you have an idea that feels impossible, let's talk about it. ## About Parvesh Goswami I am Parvesh. I believe art is therapy, not just a product.
