Whether it’s a sketch using lemon juice that only appears under heat or pin-prick art that glows when backlit, each piece is designed to be a conversation starter. If you have a specific message or a loved one you want to surprise with something truly unique, let's talk about which technique fits your story best. My process is rarely just about picking up a brush. I spend a lot of time in my corner experimenting with different mediums to see what happens when art meets the unexpected. Sometimes, it’s about chemistry—like using lemon or sugar syrup as invisible ink that only reveals itself when carefully heated. Other times, it’s about the patience of pin-prick art, where I manually pierce thousands of holes into paper to create an image that only comes to life when light passes through it from behind. ### Why these techniques? I started this journey because I wanted to show that art can be more than a static image. It can be a reveal, a surprise, or a prayer. These pieces work beautifully as: * **Unique Personal Gifts:** A surprise portrait that literally glows or appears when warmed. * **Interactive Event Decor:** Something that keeps your guests guessing. * **Spiritual Expressions:** Creating images of divine figures that stay hidden until the right moment. Because these are highly technical and require specific conditions, I treat every commission as a new experiment. We start by discussing your idea—do you want something hidden, something backlit, or something that reacts to heat? Once we narrow down the concept, I work on creating the piece. Please note that these requests take a bit more planning than a standard portrait, so reach out early if you have a deadline. ## About Parvesh Goswami I'm Parvesh. For me, art isn't just about what looks good—it's about the truth I find in the process. When I'm not doing portraits, I'm usually in my corner experimenting with light, fire, and hidden inks to see what magic I can make happen.
