# Parvesh Goswami

I see art as therapy and a way to live, focusing on capturing truth over perfection. I create custom oil paintings, charcoal sketches, and digital portraits, and love a challenge—from blurry photos to last-minute requests.

- [Video: This is the magic I love to create. A client challenged me to bring two separate photos together into one seamless oil painting, and the final result is worth more than any price. If you have photos of loved ones you want to see united in a single frame, I can make it happen.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c3737663-f768-44b9-9f30-7e7053e46b7f)
- [Video: Art can feel like a miracle. I painted this portrait of Lord Krishna using only lemon juice, which is invisible at first. With a little heat, his divine form appears, flute in hand. This is where my bhakti meets science.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/410c9fda-ea97-4bb4-8bd0-7ff8c928a903)
- [Video: I started this piece by throwing charcoal on a blank sheet, creating darkness before finding the light. As I drew Krishna, I thought about why his flute is hollow. It’s because when we empty ourselves of ego, a divine music can flow through us. This is the truth I try to paint.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/4d8e57b3-7cee-439b-aa97-9ccaab2cd038)
- [Video: This is why I do what I do. Seeing a client's emotional reaction, the tears of joy when they see a memory brought to life, is the greatest reward for an artist. Your happiness is my final goal.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/46935fc7-7321-4e91-9cfd-bdaa1a50ac47)

- [Video: Sometimes, all you need is a simple tool and a strong belief. I created this portrait of Bajrangbali using only a cutter to scratch the image onto a plastic sheet. When held against the light, his powerful form appears. No paint, no brush, just devotion.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5999a2ec-57a8-467e-9711-a06d65a8712f)

- [Video: An artist can do what AI can't. A client from Canada gave me a low-resolution, horizontal photo of their parents and asked for a large, vertical oil painting. I reimagined the composition, added details, and created a 2x3 feet portrait that technology alone couldn't achieve.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/32ebdf97-82bc-43e8-b4ff-bbb151ccd8e9)

It was a fun surprise for a client and friend from Dubai.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d0af1bc2-bc6c-4a26-a112-21579b56bda3)

## Meet your expert

### My story

Someone once commented, 'job pakad bhai… art ameer logo ka kaam hota hai' (get a job bro, art is for rich people). I just laughed. Sach bataun? (Truth is...) This brush and canvas, they’re my therapy. Money isn’t why I paint. The real reward? When a client sees their custom oil painting and gets emotional. I once painted a grandfather’s eyes from a blurry photo - their happiness made it all worth it. 15 years chasing perfect, ab main sach banata hoon (now I paint truth).
