## About Textured Art & Sculpture Workshops

Art is something I want you to feel, not just look at. After three decades in this field, I’ve seen how textured art and sculpture can change the way a space feels and how people connect with it. My workshops are all about making art that’s got depth, character, and a story you can touch.

### Who Joins In

- B.Arch students and aspiring architects who want to turn ideas into real, tactile forms. We work on visual arts assignments, prep for juries, and get hands-on with architectural model making workshop style projects.
- Beginners and artists who just want to try something new. No fancy skills needed, just a bit of curiosity.
- Anyone tired of screens and looking for a creative break.

### What We Actually Do

- Start with sketches, then get our hands dirty with clay relief workshop techniques - making tiles with Maheshwari patterns, florals, animals, or abstract stuff.
- Use paper and fabric to build 3D wall art classes style sculptures. Sometimes it’s messy, but that’s half the fun.
- Layer up textured panels that play with light and shadow.
- Always focusing on building up forms in three dimensions, not just flat surfaces.

### Why It Matters

- You’ll pick up patience, precision, and a bit of confidence.
- For architecture folks, it’s a real boost for your portfolio and thinking process.
- For everyone else, it’s a mindful art creation experience - a way to slow down and just make something real.

I use good, eco-friendly materials like sadhuchi mati (idol clay) and natural binders. The process is slow, intentional, and honestly, sometimes a bit unpredictable - but that’s what makes it worth it.

## Meet your expert

[Artistic Impressions](https://mytribe.in/artisticimpressions)

### My story

Hi, I’m Hansa Sewani. Been at this for 35 years, but honestly, nature still teaches me the most. You look at a leaf, a mountain, patience is everywhere. That’s how I work too. My art’s not just for show - it’s got to mean something. Like that Shrinathji mural I did, not for show-off, but for memories. I listen, I try to make walls feel like home. Art’s connection, not just decoration.

### My work

- **What I do**: Custom 3D murals, textured paintings, sculpted wall art, personalised portraits, big installations, art classes for artists and architects.
- **Art you can feel**: I make spaces feel calm, alive, or grounded. It’s about what you feel, not just what you see.
- **Eco-friendly, long-lasting**: I use natural stuff - clay, ceramic paste, marble powder. These sculpted murals for homes last way longer than just paint.
- **My way of working**: We talk, I sketch, then build up layers by hand. No rushing. Every piece gets patience.
- **Trust means everything**: Best work happens when there’s trust. I’ve done over 1,000 projects; honesty and heart in each one.
