## About Community Art Workshops

My community workshops are built on a simple premise: come as you are, and leave the perfectionism at the door. We set up in parks, cafes, and shared creative spaces where the goal is not to create a masterpiece, but to experience the flow of making something with your hands. Whether you are a seasoned painter or have not picked up a brush since school, I handle all the materials and the setup, so you can focus entirely on the process and the conversation.

### What to Expect

These sessions are about building a community of makers. We move away from strict technical drills and embrace a more tactile approach to art. You will find us folding paper in origami meetups, sketching intricate patterns in dot mandala sessions, or learning the geometric simplicity of Warli folk art.

### Why These Workshops Work

- **Judgment-Free Zones:** Art is a form of healing. I create environments where 'messy' is encouraged and mistakes are just part of the creative evolution. You will not find rigid rules here.
- **Inclusive for All Ages:** We design sessions that are accessible. Kids, adults, and seniors share the same table, often sparking intergenerational conversations that are just as valuable as the art itself.
- **Mindfulness Through Making:** We often incorporate guided reflection, helping you use art to de-stress from your daily routine. It is a way to hit the pause button and reconnect with yourself.

### Our Creative Themes

- **Origami & Brunch:** Often held in relaxed cafe settings, these are about delicate folds, good food, and slow-paced socializing.
- **Art Picnics:** We take the canvas to the park. These are our most popular outdoor gatherings where the greenery provides a natural backdrop for creativity.
- **Folk Art Traditions:** We dive deep into Warli and Mandala techniques, not just to paint, but to understand the history and intention behind these classic styles.

Whether you are looking to make new friends, find a creative hobby, or simply spend a Sunday afternoon doing something different, these meetups are for you. I provide everything you need—paints, paper, brushes, and guidance. You just bring your presence.

## About The Artist

I am a doctor by training and an artist by soul. I host these workshops not to teach you how to paint perfectly, but to show you how to find your flow and let go of the daily noise.
