## About Miniature Paintings & Illustrations

When I work on these miniatures, I use heavy-pigment gouache, which creates that smooth, matte finish you see in the gallery. Because the surface area is small, I use specialized detail brushes to ensure every butterfly wing, vine, or sunset wave is crisp and defined, rather than rushing the layers. These small artworks are perfect if you want a custom, high-quality piece that fits comfortably on a desk or a bedside table.

I started my Polaroid painting series to show that you do not always need a huge canvas to capture a mood. These pieces are painted on 300 GSM artist-grade paper, which is sturdy enough to hold the gouache layers without warping.

### Why Miniature Art?
- **Perfect for Gifting:** These mini paintings make thoughtful, budget-friendly gifts for birthdays or anniversaries.
- **Customizable:** Just like my large wall art, I can paint your favorite memories in miniature. From a specific sunset you witnessed to a tiny floral portrait of your pet, I scale the details down to fit the frame.
- **Matte & Vibrant:** Gouache is my favorite medium for these because it dries to a beautiful, flat matte finish that looks great in photographs and displays without glare.

Whether you are looking for a cohesive series of paintings for your wall or just one special, hand-painted Polaroid to sit on your desk, I work closely with you on the subject and color palette. If you have a reference photo or a specific vibe in mind, let me know. I paint every piece by hand, so what you get is a one-of-a-kind original.
