Because I paint these using professional acrylics on heavy-duty cotton canvas, I ship them to you as a high-quality rolled canvas, so you will need to coordinate with a local framer to get them stretched and mounted once they arrive. When you commission a spiritual portrait from me, you are not just getting a painting; you are bringing a specific energy into your home or institution. My process is deeply research-based, especially for figures like Maharshi Ved Vyash or scenes depicting Gurukul traditions. I focus on period-accurate details, from the texture of the drapery to the ancient texts or instruments held by the sage. My approach to these pieces is one of devotion. I treat every brushstroke as a form of prayer, aiming to capture more than just a likeness. Whether it is the meditative gaze of a sage or the powerful posture of a deity like Hanuman ji, my goal is to create a focal point that invites calm and reflection into the room. For institutional clients, such as Ayurvedic clinics or schools, I create narrative-rich compositions that honor our heritage. These large canvases are designed to withstand time, sealed with protective varnish to prevent dust and fading. If you have a specific story, deity, or sage that holds special meaning for you, we can work together to visualize it. I provide digital mockups and visual updates during the sketching and coloring phases, so you are involved in the journey of the painting from the first outline to the final touch. ## About Neelam Gupta For me, painting is a form of prayer. Whether it is Maharshi Ved Vyash or Hanuman ji, I do not just paint a figure—I try to capture the shradha and wisdom they represent. If you have a specific deity or sage you feel connected to, I would be honored to bring that presence into your home.
