## About The Science of Natural Care

Most skincare labels are written to confuse you, not inform you. When you scan an ingredients list, look past the fancy branding for words like methyl or propyl. Those are common indicators of parabens, the synthetic preservatives I have spent my career researching and replacing with cleaner, plant-based alternatives in every batch we make at our Baijnathpur farm.

As an engineer, my transition to skincare wasn't about following trends; it was about solving a problem. When I became a mother, I started looking at the 'why' behind product efficacy. I found that most commercial products rely on synthetic preservatives like parabens and sulfates to keep products cheap and shelf-stable. But at what cost to our hormonal balance and skin health?

### Why We Choose the Hard Path
We don't use parabens because they mimic hormones like estrogen, which can lead to long-term health issues. We don't use sulfates because they strip your natural oils, leaving your scalp and skin crying for moisture. My approach is simple: if nature provides a better alternative—like Bhringraj for hair health or Aloe Vera for hydration—why complicate it with petroleum-based chemicals?

### The Detox Phase
When you first switch to clean beauty, your skin might go through a transition. After years of using synthetic fillers that sit on the surface, your skin needs to clear out the residue before it can properly absorb the nutrients from pure essential oils and herbal decoctions. You might not see a 'bubbly' lather in our shampoo, but that is actually a sign that we aren't using harsh surfactants. Your hair gets clean without being stripped dry.

### Transparency at the Source
We grow most of our ingredients at our own farm in Baijnathpur. This isn't just a buzzword; it’s our quality control. We know exactly what goes into the bottle because we planted the seeds. If you are tired of playing guessing games with ingredient labels, this is the place to start. We are here to help you understand your skin’s needs so you can make informed choices rather than emotional purchases.
