The process is intentionally tactile and messy, helping your team trade digital fatigue for a few hours of meditative focus. You do not need to be a painter, you just need to be ready to experiment with a new way of connecting. ### A New Way to Connect Traditional team building can often feel forced. My approach is different. We tap into the 'Navarasa', or the nine emotions, using art as a vehicle to express courage, compassion, and stillness. By working with high-quality texture paste and piping bags, we create layers that represent the depth and complexity of a team dynamic. ### Why This Works for Teams - **Stress Relief:** The act of manipulating texture is naturally calming and helps ground participants in the present moment. - **No Performance Pressure:** Because we focus on abstract, textured art rather than representational painting, the fear of making a 'bad' drawing disappears. We can set up in under an hour and get right into the flow. ### Common Questions **Do we need art supplies?** No. I provide the canvas, texture mediums, tools, and protective gear for everyone. **How much space do we need?** We need enough table space for everyone to sit comfortably, but we can adapt to most office setups. **Can this be done for large groups?** My base packages cover up to 15 people.
