Whether we are setting up at a resort for a leadership offsite or your office in Noida, we handle everything from the easels to the cleanup. You just bring the team, we bring the canvases, the colors, and the vibe to make sure everyone—from the CEO to the intern—actually enjoys the process. ### Ditch the Usual: Why Art Works Corporate events often feel forced. We flip that script. Instead of standard lunches where everyone is stuck in their professional roles, we host creative workshops where the goal is not just a finished painting, but the conversation that happens while the brush is in your hand. ### What We Handle for Your Team We have worked with companies like Kalpataru Projects and various global leadership teams to turn offsites into shared artistic journeys. Here is how we make it happen: * **End-to-End Setup:** We bring the kits, the paints, the easels, and the music. If you have a venue, we will turn it into a creative studio. * **The Maa-Beti Touch:** Whether it is a leadership offsite in a forest or a Women's Day soirée at the office, we ensure the energy is focused on connection, not just instruction. * **Beginner-Friendly:** Even if your team has not held a brush since school, we ensure they finish with something they are proud of. There is no pressure, just a 'no-wrong-answers' zone. ### Customization for Your Culture Every team has a different vibe. We can align our workshops with your company culture—be it intense textured art, collaborative murals, or relaxing sip-and-paint sessions. We keep the music, the laughter, and the creative energy high so your team walks away feeling genuinely refreshed rather than exhausted. ## About Isha Mehra We are the 'Maa-Beti Jodi' behind Brushes & Brew. We believe art is the best team-building tool because it drops the corporate mask and lets everyone just be human for a while. We are there with you, brush in hand, making sure every team member feels part of the canvas.
