That is why I arrive fully prepared with everything—drop cloths, aprons, sound system, and instructors—so your office or event space stays clean while your team actually has a chance to relax and connect. ### Why Art Works for Teams Corporate team building often feels like a chore, but painting changes the dynamic entirely. It is not about making a masterpiece; it is about switching off the 'work brain' and engaging the creative side. Whether your team is in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Pune, I host workshops that focus on collaboration and shared experiences rather than artistic perfection. ### How We Make It Happen I handle the entire logistics chain so you don't have to. When you book a corporate offsite, we bring a mobile studio to your location. * **Setup:** We protect your furniture and floors with high-quality drop cloths and newspaper layering. * **Instruction:** I lead the session with clear, step-by-step guidance, mixing Hindi and English to keep everyone comfortable. * **Engagement:** From absolute beginners to seasoned creatives, everyone leaves with their own painting or a piece of a collaborative mural. ### Collaborative Options If you want to take team building a step further, I offer collaborative painting sessions. Your team works together on a series of canvases that, when joined, form one large, stunning painting. It is a fantastic exercise in strategy and communication that leaves you with a piece of art for your office wall. We have successfully hosted sessions for companies ranging from Shell and Bloomberg to Citrix and various HR conferences. If you have a specific theme or a brand-related goal in mind, let me know, and we can plan around it. ## About Nishka Mehta I’m Nishka, and I think painting is the perfect way to get people to stop overthinking and just create. I have spent the last 11 years turning my happy place into a mobile studio that travels to your office. It is all about messy fun, not making a masterpiece.
