I’ve learned the hard way that when you’re on stage, you can’t just rely on your voice—you need a mic, a clear visual setup, and a team running the floor so you can actually focus on the art. Scaling up changed everything. My early days were simple: a small room, a few friends, and a handwritten list of steps. But moving to large corporate venues in cities like Bangalore and Mumbai required a total system upgrade. ### The Logistics It’s not just painting anymore. When you handle 200 people, you’re managing materials, flow, and attendee expectations. I had to learn how to pack, transport, and set up hundreds of canvases across cities without breaking a sweat. It’s a lot of boxes, and yes, sometimes that means a bit of chaos behind the scenes that only 'jugaad' can fix. ### The Team You simply cannot scale alone.
