## About Spiritual Oil Paintings: Deities & Devotion

I don't just paint on canvas. Whether it is a 16x24 inch portrayal of Shiva or a custom scene with your choice of deity, I use professional-grade Camel oil colours on fine grain cotton or linen. Each piece starts with a conversation about the mood you want, and I share the process with you until it feels complete. It takes time, usually over a week, but the result is a piece of art that carries a bit of my soul and yours.

### How I Bring Your Vision to Life
Art is not just a job for me, it is a way to find peace. When you commission a spiritual oil painting, the process is very personal. We start by discussing the specific deity, the emotion you want to capture, and the space where the painting will live.

I primarily work with high-quality stretched canvas or canvas board, ensuring the texture supports the depth of the oil colours. For large-scale works like 24x36 inch pieces, I prefer linen canvas for its durability and grain, which holds layers of paint beautifully.

### The Journey of a Painting
- **Consultation:** We talk about your reference images or concepts. If you have a specific scene in mind, like Shiva in the Himalayas or the divine grace of Radha-Krishna, I sketch out the composition first.
- **Layering:** Oil painting is a patient process. I build the image in layers, allowing each one to dry and cure. This creates that rich, luminous depth that only oils can offer.
- **Protection:** Once the painting is finished and signed, I apply a professional-grade varnish. This protects your artwork from dust, humidity, and yellowing, keeping the colours vibrant for years.

Whether you are looking for a small 10x12 inch portrait for your home altar or a large, detailed canvas for your living room, my goal is to create something that feels sacred. Every piece is handmade, unique, and filled with the intention of bringing calm and beauty to your home.
