During these 3 months, we teach you the specific science behind 7 different mediums—like knowing exactly how much water a watercolor needs or the right pressure for a charcoal sketch—so you leave with a professional portfolio that proves skill, not just talent. ### What You Will Learn Our Certificate in Fine Arts (CFA) is not a casual hobby class. It is a comprehensive foundation program designed to take you from a curious beginner to a confident, versatile artist. We cover 7 distinct mediums over the course of 3 months: * **Sketching & Charcoal:** Building the foundation of form, light, and value. * **Acrylics & Watercolors:** Mastering fluidity, layering, and color mixing. * **Oil & Soft Pastels:** Understanding texture and pigment behavior. * **Texture Painting:** Adding depth and dimension to your work. ### Why This Course Works We believe in learning through doing. You won't just sit through theory lectures. Every session is hands-on, involving specific assignments that challenge you to apply what you've learned. By the end of the program, you will have completed a body of work that forms a professional portfolio, which is essential if you plan to exhibit, sell, or even apply to art colleges. ### Who Is This For? We see all kinds of students in our HSR Layout studio. Some are working professionals who want to reclaim their creativity after a long day in the office. Others are looking to transition into the art world or start their own teaching journey. Whether you have never held a brush or you have been painting for years, this curriculum is structured to fill the gaps in your knowledge. ### The Art Beat Difference We provide all the premium supplies you need, so you never have to worry about buying expensive materials for an experiment that might fail. We want you to focus entirely on your process. Plus, you will have the chance to interact with fellow artists, attend guest lectures, and become part of our community. When you graduate, you aren't just leaving with a certificate; you are leaving with the confidence to call yourself an artist. ## About Art Beat At Art Beat, we don't believe you need to be 'born talented' to create art. My name is Namratha, and I started this studio to show people that art is a craft you can learn, just like any other skill. We are here to guide you through every stroke, mistake, and breakthrough in our HSR Layout studio.
