You will not find loud music or distractions here—just clean, well-spaced mats and the essential props like blocks and bolsters that we use to ensure your alignment is safe, precise, and anatomically correct. When you walk into our studio, you are stepping away from the chaotic energy of city life. I designed this space to be a container for Sadhana, not just a generic fitness gym. Whether you are here for Medical Yoga Therapy or our Teacher Training programs, the environment plays a crucial role in your progress. We keep our batches small in our Sector 57 location to ensure that I can provide individual attention to every student. Proper alignment is not just about aesthetics; it is about biomechanics and safety. In our studio, you will find high-quality props—ropes, chairs, and wooden blocks—that allow you to hold postures longer and deeper without risking injury. This is where Iyengar-style precision becomes accessible to everyone, regardless of age or current fitness level.
