## About Yoga Teacher Training

### Why I Teach Yoga Teachers

I started this course for those who feel yoga is more than stretching. *Yoga sirf asana nahi hai* (yoga isn’t just postures) - it's a way to live. My aim is to help you grow into a real yoga guide, not just someone with a certificate.

### What You’ll Actually Learn

- Traditional styles like Hatha and Ashtanga, with a special focus on Iyengar Yoga teacher training. Props are part of the practice - ropes, blocks, chairs - to help everyone find the right alignment.
- Loads of work on yoga anatomy and biomechanics. We use skeleton models, so you’ll actually see how the body moves and why it matters, like the ‘tripod of the foot’ for stability. All this helps you teach safely.
- Deep dive into yogic philosophy studies: Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Upanishads, Bhagwad Geeta. We talk about how old wisdom fits into daily life.
- Real practice in pranayama and meditation techniques, plus shatkriyas like Jal Neti. It’s about more than exercise - it’s inner work too.

### How You’ll Grow as a Teacher

You’ll get loads of teaching practice. I’ll show you how to adjust students with care, so you build real confidence.

### How We Run Things

Small batches, so everyone gets attention. We look at *Aahar* (diet), *Vihaar* (lifestyle), and *Vichar* (thoughts) - because yoga is about all of life, not just on the mat.

Course is one month, daily sessions. Join online or offline. Certification is recognized by the Indian Yoga Association and Yoga Alliance. First-timers get a free intro session.

## Meet your expert

[Arogyam Vardan](https://mytribe.in/arogyam.vardan)

### My story

Namaskar, I’m Gyan. Pehle CA ki padhai kar raha tha, par kuch khaas missing tha. Jab yoga mila, laga jaise doosra janam ho gaya. Gurukul aur mere guru Swami Ramdev ji se purusharth ka asli matlab samjha, aur Arogyam Vardan shuru kiya. Yahan hum healing ko seriously lete hain – students ki chronic pain aur anxiety door hoti dekh ke hi asli safalta lagti hai. Award mila recently, par asli khushi logo ki zindagi badalte dekh ke milti hai.

### My work

- **Yoga Classes for Healing**: We teach Medical Yoga Therapy, Aerial Yoga classes, Iyengar style alignment, and more for body-mind relief.
- **Props for Safe Practice**: Ropes, blocks, chairs – not shortcuts, but tools to help you get poses right without injury.
- **Yoga for Chronic Pain**: We connect asanas to anatomy, using skeletons and real talk to show how yoga helps chronic pain and nerves.
- **Lifestyle Guidance**: Ek asana se sab nahi hota – we help with aahar, vihaar, vichar for lasting peace beyond the mat.
- **Detox Workshops**: Try Jal Neti detox and pranayama sessions for cleansing and better breathing, guided step by step.
