You can start your journey with a basic racket and a pair of court shoes for just a few thousand rupees. In my recreational batches, we skip the fluff. We focus on getting you moving, serving, and playing points immediately, ensuring your time on court actually feels like progress. Tennis is a lifelong sport, and my goal is to help you integrate it into your daily routine. Whether you are looking to burn calories, improve your reaction times, or just learn a new skill after work, my recreational programs at venues like Modern School (Barakhamba Road) or our Mehrauli courts are built for consistency, not quick fixes. ### What to Expect We run sessions three days a week, focusing on: - **Technical Basics:** We break down the grip, swing path, and your serve, so you build clean habits from day one. - **Court Fitness:** Tennis activates every part of your body. Expect a 10-minute dynamic warm-up before we even pick up the rackets. - **Real Play:** You aren't just drilling for hours. We incorporate tie-breaks and practice matches so you learn how to play, not just hit. ### Why This Program I've seen too many people waste time on aimless hitting. My approach is structured. If you join our group sessions, you are getting the same attention to detail that I give my pro athletes, just tailored for your pace and goals. We keep the groups intimate—usually 6 to 8 players—so the coaches can actually correct your form. If you're in Delhi and have been waiting for a sign to start, this is it.
