If you are going to ask me 'result kab aayega' (when will the result come), my answer is simple: results only happen when your level rises, not when you hoard medals. If you are ready to stop chasing shortcuts and start building a real, sustainable career, let's talk about the process. Look, I get it. The pressure to perform is immense. You look at your kid or your own game and you want validation in the form of a win. But in my years as an ATP-certified coach and founder of Thirty40, I have seen too many promising careers stall because they were focused on the wrong metrics. My videos aren't just about making fun of the system; they are a reality check. When I post about the distance to the academy vs. the distance to Wimbledon, I am talking about your mindset. Are you in this for comfort, or are you in this for a career? ### Why the Process Matters More Than the Tournament Most players get caught in the loop: play a tournament, lose, get frustrated, switch coaches, repeat. - **Objective Assessment:** We need to look at your data—serve percentage, movement, and match history—rather than just the final score. - **The 'Why':** Every tournament you enter should have a purpose. Are you testing a new serve technique? Are you adapting to European clay? If you don't have a plan, you are just burning cash and time. - **The Reality of Indian Tennis:** I am not here to coddle you. Whether you are aiming for US college tennis, the European pro circuit, or just trying to get match-ready, you need to understand that the path is not linear. I offer a 1-on-1 diagnostic roadmap to help you map this out. We will look at your current skill level and build a 3-month action plan. If you are ready to work with someone who will tell you the truth, even when it is uncomfortable, I am in your corner. ## About Arnav Alok Goel I am Arnav, founder of Thirty40 Tennis.
