If you are coming from the gym or have zero experience, we start with the foundation. This covers the grip, the glass reading in Padel, and mastering the kitchen in Pickleball. I do not care if you have never touched a racket before. We build your level first so you do not pick up bad habits that stick. You bring the consistency, and I will bring the technique. ### Why Padel & Pickleball Coaching? Most people pick up a racket and try to smash their way through a game. That is how you get injured or stuck at a beginner level forever. Whether you are bored of your gym routine or just want to start a new social sport, my sessions are designed to move you past the 'beginner' phase quickly. ### What You Will Learn * **Padel Fundamentals:** We focus on the walls, not just the net. You will learn to read glass rebounds and master the Bandeja overhead. * **Pickleball Strategy:** It is not all dinking. We work on the third shot drop, court positioning, and how to use the 'kitchen' to your advantage. ### My Approach: Level First, Results Later We do not chase tournaments on day one. We build your game. * **Structured Drills:** Expect high-intensity sessions. We use multi-ball feeding to build muscle memory fast. * **Video Analysis:** For 1-on-1 sessions, I use real-time feedback to correct your biomechanics, so you do not waste time practicing wrong movements. * **Group Dynamics:** My group batches are kept tight—4 to 6 players maximum. This ensures you get enough ball contact to actually improve, rather than just standing around waiting for your turn. ### Where We Train I operate across Delhi NCR with two primary hubs: 1. **Pusa Road, New Delhi:** Perfect for central Delhi accessibility. 2. **Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida:** Ideal for residents in the NCR belt looking for professional, well-maintained courts.
