Whether we are working on your backhand for tennis or getting you ready for your first padel match, my focus remains on the process. We do not do shortcuts here—just pure, honest work. I started as a kid from Muzaffarnagar who was terrified of guests but felt at home on a tennis court. That fire led me from playing on the ATP circuit to becoming a certified coach and speaker. When I founded Thirty40 Academies six years ago, I wanted to change the Indian tennis scene by focusing on player development rather than just chasing rankings. ### Why Thirty40? Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball are not just games—they are a lifestyle. My academy is built on the belief that coaching should be as much about character as it is about technique. * **Level First:** Whether you are a total beginner or an aspiring pro, we start by fixing the basics. No faff, just biomechanical correction and solid drills. * **Real Community:** We grind hard, but we keep it fun. From agility training to Grand Slam watch parties, this is a tennis family. * **No Shortcuts:** I am here for players and parents who value *mehnat aur imandaari* (effort and honesty). If you are looking for long-term growth, you will fit right in. ### My Philosophy I’ve taken my international experience and brought it back to the courts in Pusa Road and Jaypee Greens. Whether you are bored with the gym or want to dive into the world of Padel, my approach is the same: rigorous, honest, and tailored to you. We analyze your swing path, fix your grip, and get you moving effectively. If you are ready to stop chasing shortcuts and start building a game that lasts, let's get to work. ## About Arnav Alok Goel I’m Arnav, and for the last six years, Thirty40 has been my way of changing the Indian tennis scene.
