We regularly host workshops with national coaches and dive deep into sports psychology to help you handle tournament pressure. If you have been struggling with consistent scores, these mentorship sessions provide the practical roadmap to fix your technique and mental game. Archery is more than physical strength, and we emphasize this in our workshops. We believe in learning from the best in the field to give our students an edge. Our mentorship programs often feature legends like Dronacharya and Padma Shri awardee Purnima Mahato, whose guidance provides our students with invaluable perspective on the dedication required to perform at the Olympic level. We also invest in our own professional development to ensure our training methods stay current. For example, our head coach completed a rigorous seminar with world-class coach Sergio Pagni. This allows us to bring back techniques regarding biomechanics, equipment tuning, and competitive strategy directly to our range in Mumbai. For students facing challenges like target panic or anxiety during matches, we hold 'Mind, Body and Bow' sessions. These workshops focus on: * Goal setting for ranking rounds * Relaxation techniques to find calm under pressure * Guided meditation to visualize success and maintain focus These sessions are not just theory; they are practical training modules designed to make you a more resilient archer. Whether you are prepping for a local club tournament or a state-level qualifier, understanding the mental side of the game is essential. We keep our groups focused and ensure everyone gets individual attention. When you join these workshops, you get the same coaching philosophy that we use to train our competitive athletes. ## About Arjuna Sports I am Swapnil Parab, and for me, archery is where hard work meets sharp focus.
