This is where I experiment with acrylics, watercolors, and mandalas—stuff that is totally out of my comfort zone but so fun to create. ## Photos and videos - ![My finished acrylic painting of Van Gogh's "Starry Night" on an Arteza canvas. Whether you want a vibrant canvas or a detailed mandala, I use quality, professional-grade materials like Mont Marte and Arteza that actually last, rather than fading out in a month. ### My Process with Paint Painting is my escape from the pencil-only world. When I work on canvases, like my recent Van Gogh interpretation, I spend hours getting the texture right. I prioritize high-quality paints because the final look depends on it. I use Mont Marte acrylics for their opacity and Arteza brushes because they hold the paint perfectly. ### Why Choose Custom Paintings? Most of my work is portrait-focused, so when I do a painting or a mandala, it is usually because I am feeling inspired to create something bold. These pieces are great if you want: * **Home Decor:** A unique, handmade piece for your space that you cannot find in a store. * **Vibrant Gifts:** Unlike graphite sketches, these use full color to bring a different kind of energy to a room. * **Complex Details:** My mandalas are done with Brustro pigment liners and Camlin watercolors for that crisp, clean finish. ### How We Get Started Just like with my portraits, I share progress shots while I work. You will know exactly what the color palette looks like before I move to the final layers. Since these take time to dry and layer, expect a bit more time on the production schedule compared to a standard sketch. If you have an idea in mind, just reach out and let us chat about what is possible. ## About Ritika I am Ritika, just an 18-year-old artist totally vibing with my pens and brushes. I am self-taught, meaning I figure things out as I go. That is why every painting I do feels so personal and different from the last one.
