When we design a theme—whether it is a 1920s Art Deco sangeet or a Good Earth-inspired Myra—we coordinate lighting, textures, and custom signage so every corner reflects your palette. We manage the vendor handoffs from day one, ensuring the final setup on-site looks exactly like the concept sketches or 3D renders you approved. The visual impact of a wedding is often determined by the smallest details. At Arika Event, we specialize in moving beyond standard packages to create fully immersive environments that align with your specific vision. Whether you have a concept like a 'Turkish Glow' haldi or a 'Royal Pastel' wedding, our process begins with listening. We understand the logistics of complex designs, from coordinating custom neon installations to managing the installation of deep-red floral arches and intricate backdrops. We don't just provide props; we design an experience. Our design team works directly with decorators to supervise fabrication, ensuring that unique structures—like those needed for beachside mandaps or grand palace entrances—are executed safely and beautifully. We focus on thematic integrity throughout your multi-day celebration. If you choose a vintage glamour theme for your sangeet, we carry those Art Deco influences through the lighting, the photo-ops, and the stage design, creating a seamless narrative that guests will notice. We also handle the technical side of destination weddings, from transporting specialized materials to Rajasthan or Bahrain to working with local venue partners to maximize the space. By handling the 'what' and the 'how' of your decor, we ensure you can stay focused on the 'why' of your celebration. ## About Arika Event We are Arika Event, and we treat your wedding like a story waiting to be told. We don't just set up stages; we design atmospheres—whether that means bringing a Turkish-style carnival to life or curating a serene, lotus-filled ceremony. Your vision is our canvas.
