Our glasshouse venue is the go-to for high-energy annual days with dhol and catering, while our lawn areas offer a quieter, focus-driven setup for leadership retreats. If you're booking for a weekend, shoot us a message early—our prime lakefront slots fill up weeks in advance. Let’s be real. Most 'corporate retreats' involve bad coffee, worse PowerPoint presentations, and forced trust falls that everyone hates. We do things differently. Whether you’re planning a massive annual day celebration or a focused founders' retreat, my team gets it. We don’t do 'corporate'—we do 'team.' ### Why Teams Choose Us * **Flexible Spaces:** Our glasshouse handles large crowds, while the lawns are perfect for yoga retreats, sound healing sessions, or strategy meets. * **No Boredom Guaranteed:** If the team needs to blow off steam, we have dirt karting, paintball, and human foosball. If they just need to recalibrate, the lakefront is right there. * **The Food:** You aren't stuck with sad sandwiches. Our corporate buffet covers everything from soups and starters to a proper meal with rasam and dessert. We can scale the menu based on the event size. ### Planning Tips * **Weekend Warriors:** If you have a specific date for a big team outing, give us a heads-up early. We book out quickly. * **Stay Over:** Turning the day trip into an overnight retreat? We have villas and chalets tucked away from the main activity zones so the team can actually crash after the games. * **Keep it 'Hatke':** Want to mix business with a bit of chaos? We can facilitate everything from a structured corporate olympics to a chill evening by the fire. Basically, you tell us the vibe, we handle the logistics. Ee sala cup namdu—let's make your event the one people talk about at the water cooler on Monday. ## About Area 83 I built Area 83 because I was tired of soul-crushing venues. We’re just here to make sure your team actually talks to each other instead of staring at their phones, whether that's over a game of human foosball or a quiet yoga session by the lake.
